25 Volunteers wanted to look better, feel better, have less stress and more energy!

  • Fitness Study Volunteer Requirements:
  • Be age 21 and over
  • Agree to follow a supervised 21-day fitness program with moderate exercise for 30 minutes, 3 times per week
  • Take a supervised fitness profile at the start and at the end of the 21-day program
  • Not currently exercising regularly
  • Not be a current Club24 member or promotional participant in the past 6 months
